The EU AI Act<\/strong> entered into force on August 1, 2024 and applies gradually, with many core obligations becoming applicable from August 2, 2026. Its purpose is to create a framework for safe, transparent, and trustworthy AI in the European Union.<\/p>\n

The GDPR<\/strong> has applied since May 25, 2018 and remains the central European framework for protecting personal data. It is especially relevant when AI tools process client data, business information, personal documents, emails, or sensitive information.<\/p>\n
