I’m Rabiha Ansari, 38 years old, an AI Coach & Advisor, Senior Project Manager, Engineer, and Computer Scientist with over 11 years of experience leading complex digital and ai transformation programs across industries and continents.
As a certified Professional Scrum Master (scrum.org) and SAFe Agilist, based in Frankfurt am Main, I serve as an AI Advisor and AI Coach to DAX 40 enterprises, visionary entrepreneurs (SMEs), and senior leaders who aim to unlock the full potential of Artificial Intelligence, strategically, responsibly, and for measurable business impact.

My core expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Transformation, ERP with SAP S/4HANA, Data Analytics, and the broader data ecosystem.

Known for my structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, I have successfully led international digital transformation programs with teams of up to 36 members, consistently delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.

My foundation in engineering and computer science is complemented by expertise in marketing, sales, photography, and media design. This rare combination enables me to merge technological precision with creativity, empathy, and a strong understanding of people and markets.
