I’m Rabiha Ansari, an AI Coach & Advisor, Senior Project Manager, Engineer, and Computer Scientist with over 12 years of experience leading complex digital and ai transformation programs across industries and continents.
As a certified Professional Scrum Master (scrum.org) and SAFe Agilist, based in Frankfurt am Main, I serve as an AI Advisor and AI Coach to DAX 40 enterprises (Germany's biggest 40 corporations), visionary entrepreneurs (SMEs), and senior leaders who aim to unlock the full potential of Artificial Intelligence, strategically, responsibly, and for measurable business impact.

With more than eleven years of international IT consulting and digital transformation experience at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and Lufthansa Industry Solutions, I combine technical depth with strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

My work centres on AI Strategy & Transformation, AI Automation & Agents, and AI Enablement & Governance. I help leaders identify valuable opportunities, simplify workflows, and equip their teams to use AI confidently and responsibly with a particular focus on tourism and hospitality, real estate, and construction companies.

With a foundation in engineering and computer science, my expertise spans AI, cloud transformation, SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, and the broader data ecosystem. I have led international transformation programmes and multicultural teams of up to 36 people, bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives and aligning technology with business priorities.

Whether advising executives, developing AI workflows and agents, or delivering practical training, I connect strategy with implementation. My goal is to help organisations reduce manual effort, strengthen their capabilities, and turn AI investment into lasting business value.
