AI Guidance with Privacy, Safety and Compliance in Mind

AI Agents - AI Automation - AI Coaching - EU AI Act & GDPR

EU AI Act & GDPR

Artificial intelligence offers powerful opportunities — but it should be used responsibly, securely, and in alignment with relevant regulations. For clients in Europe and internationally, two areas are especially important: the EU AI Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR.

The EU AI Act entered into force on August 1, 2024 and applies gradually, with many core obligations becoming applicable from August 2, 2026. Its purpose is to create a framework for safe, transparent, and trustworthy AI in the European Union.

The GDPR has applied since May 25, 2018 and remains the central European framework for protecting personal data. It is especially relevant when AI tools process client data, business information, personal documents, emails, or sensitive information.

Every AI solution should be useful, discreet, and responsible. My approach combines practical AI education with privacy-conscious guidance, helping you benefit from artificial intelligence without unnecessary complexity or avoidable risk.

Compliance-Conscious AI Consulting

My AI consulting and coaching approach is designed with privacy, discretion, and responsible AI use in mind. I help private clients, entrepreneurs, and executives understand how to use AI safely, confidently, and in alignment with relevant European standards such as the EU AI Act and GDPR.

You do not need legal or technical knowledge. I explain the essentials in clear language and help you make informed decisions about which AI tools, automations, and AI Agents are appropriate for your personal or business needs.

How We Support You

I help clients understand and use AI in a way that is practical, responsible, and aligned with privacy-conscious best practices.

I work with various lawyers in this field, ensuring that my clients always receive the latest information as quickly as possible whenever there are changes in AI law.

This includes:

  • understanding what data should and should not be shared with AI tools
  • choosing suitable AI tools for personal or business use
  • creating safer AI workflows
  • building awareness around privacy, confidentiality, and responsible AI use
  • helping teams and private clients use AI with more confidence and control
  • supporting AI literacy, which is also part of the EU AI Act’s phased requirements from February 2025
