(#008) Impressions of Luminale 2018

This time I’m going to post some of the “Luminale” images I took in 2018.

It usually takes place every two years in Frankfurt and Offenbach, and as far as I remember, most of the exhibits are free for visitors, so they don’t have to pay a ticket. I’ve visited the Luminale three times so far, in 2014, 2016 and 2018, except it in 2020, when it was cancelled due to Covid-19.

I like how creative the artists are, there is always something new to discover and very exciting to see. Especially when lights, music and some buildings are combined to create an urban design.

In 2018 I loved how the “Alte Oper” was projected with classic paintings. This was definitely my favorite exhibit.
